Exylia
Legal Notice
Dernière mise à jour: 4 novembre 2026
Ce document n'est disponible qu'en anglais et en espagnol.
Who runs Exylia, how to reach us, and how to report abuse or content that infringes your copyright on any Exylia website or service.
1. Operator
Exylia is the trade name under which Cristobal Aranda, a natural person domiciled in Chile, publishes software and operates the websites and online services on exylia.net and its subdomains (together, the "Services"). DiGround is the operator's developer name. Exylia is not currently incorporated as a company.
- Operator: Cristobal Aranda.
- Country: Republic of Chile.
- Email: [email protected]. This is the address for every legal, privacy, abuse and copyright matter.
- Community and product support: https://discord.exylia.net. Legal notices sent only through Discord are not considered received.
We answer in Spanish or English.
2. Services and their own terms
Each Service has its own terms of service and privacy policy, and some also a data processing agreement or a refund policy. They are all listed at https://hub.exylia.net/en/legal and, for the Service you use, they prevail over this notice. This website (hub.exylia.net) and the documentation (docs.exylia.net) are informational and are covered by the Exylia Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Exylia's Minecraft plugins are sold or distributed through third-party marketplaces such as BuiltByBit and Modrinth. Their purchase is governed by the marketplace's terms and the licence published with each plugin.
3. Reporting abuse
If you see an Exylia Service being used for something unlawful or harmful (for example spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, illegal content, attacks launched from a hosted server, or a bot misbehaving in a Discord server), write to [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report" and include:
- Where it happens: the URL, server address, Discord server, workspace or any identifier that lets us find it.
- What happens and when, with evidence such as screenshots, logs or message links.
- How we can contact you, if we need more information.
We review every report and may remove content, suspend an account, workspace, bot or server, and preserve evidence. We may tell the person concerned that a report was received, but we do not reveal who sent it unless the law requires it or you agree. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
4. Copyright and intellectual property notices
We respect intellectual property and expect the people who use the Services to do the same. If you believe that content hosted on or made available through a Service infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" that includes:
- The work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
- The material you claim is infringing and where it is, with URLs or other details precise enough for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on its behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
When a notice is complete we act promptly: we remove or disable access to the material, or ask the customer responsible for it to do so, and we forward the notice to that person.
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, the material removed and where it was, a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your domicile or of Santiago, Chile, and your signature. We forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the material after 10 business days unless they tell us they have started legal proceedings.
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. Sending a notice or counter-notice you know to be false may make you liable for the damage it causes. This procedure is voluntary and does not replace the rights and procedures available under Chilean Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property or the law of your country.
5. Our intellectual property
The Exylia name and logos, the websites, their texts and designs, and Exylia's software belong to Cristobal Aranda or to its licensors. You may link to our pages and quote them with attribution; any other use needs our written permission or the licence published with the software.
Exylia is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Exylia is not affiliated with Discord, BuiltByBit, Modrinth or any other third party named on its websites; their names and marks belong to their owners.
6. Content and links
We keep the information on our websites accurate and up to date, but it is provided for information only and may contain errors or describe features that have since changed. The documentation describes our software; the licence and terms of each product decide what you are entitled to.
Our websites link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; if you find a link that leads to unlawful content, tell us and we will remove it.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that consumer or data protection law in your country may grant you. We will update it when the facts it describes change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
